Insight Asia Travel would like to introduce  the “ Fast Track  - Meet and Greet” service to create a more pleasant and seamless clients experience for departure, arrival at Noi Bai Airport, Da Nang Airport  and Tan Son Nhat Airport simply pass through these airports fast and easy. VIP Assistance Services pick up/drop off passenger by private vehicle from aircraft to VIP area and vice versa is provided, too.

Fast Track Services
International / Domestic Arrival Assistant Services

  • A warm welcome and escort upon arrival at the air bridge to outside the terminal;
  • Fast track and assistance service throughout arrival formalities;
  • Assist at the baggage claim area to the outside; escort service in the arrival hall and load the baggage to guests vehicle.


International / Domestic Departure Assistant Services

  • A warm welcome and escort from the departure hall to boarding gate;
  • Fast track and assistance service throughout departure formalities;
  • Priority tag for passenger’s check-in baggage;


VIP Assistance Services

  • Identify the passenger by Welcome board, pick up/drop off passenger by private vehicle from aircraft to VIP area and vice versa;
  • A warm and personalized welcome and assist at VIP area;
  • Fast track and assistance service throughout arrival/departure formalities at VIP area;
  • Luggage will be checked-in/ received at VIP;
  • VIP room during waiting for clearing airport formality.
